You need to make sure that your island is ready to fight. If it's not, it won't let you forge. This is probably to keep forges from possibly giving you not enough things back for you to exit an lock you in the editor. Hope this helps!
Thanks for upping the drops by enemies, but could you remove the limit on techs?
